Schedules: 

Customer service: Monday to Friday from: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,

Delivery times: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

We do not deliver flowers on Sundays and holidays: However, if you require it or on a holiday, contact us to make the delivery of your flowers possible.

Under no circumstances can we commit to any specific schedule.

• Payment and methods 

No order will be processed without payment and confirmation in advance. 

Your order will only be processed until we have registered your payment, please make sure to send us proof of the operation via email or WhatsApp, either scanned or by photo. 

There is no credit policy and such an agreement may be made upon proposal and express request of the client, reserving the power of acceptance to us. 

We have most of the known, secure payment methods and we do not accept payments by check. 

• Shipping and Deliveries  

Delivery times: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.  

We do not deliver flowers on Sundays and holidays: However, if you require it or on a holiday, contact us to make the delivery of your flowers possible.

Under no circumstances can we commit to any specific schedule.

Shipping cost: The cost for sending flowers is $250.00 pesos, this applies to the main areas within Mexico City, DF, in some areas the cost for shipping may increase, in these cases we will contact you or contact us through our emails, phones or WhatsApp. 

The shipping cost is per unit of products requested, if you have requested more than 2 units it will be necessary to make an adjustment to the cost, therefore, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have not yet placed your order please contact us before placing it.

Correct data: The delivery data must be complete and these include: Name and surname, Street, Interior and exterior number, Colony, Mayor's Office or Municipality, City, State, Postal code and Telephone number, both landline and cell phone.

Any error in this information will delay delivery or ultimately prevent your gift from being sent and in these cases NO type of refund applies. 

We would also be very grateful if in the “Reference” line you indicate the number of streets where the address is located or any point that we can use as a reference. The accuracy of this information facilitates delivery.Nosotros no verificamos los datos de entrega. Delivery to companies and businesses: We are not responsible for the policies that each business or company has for the delivery of gifts to their employees, please carefully review our policies in this regard. 

In many cases, companies do not allow our delivery drivers into their facilities for security reasons, therefore, we ask that you make sure this is possible or that you give us specific instructions of who should receive your flowers.

In other cases, there are companies that do not allow their employees to receive personal gifts or packages. We ask you to ensure that this is allowed.

There are companies that receive packages, but these are destined for warehouses and warehouses, therefore, they do not reach the recipient's hands directly. We ask that you contact the company directly and make all the necessary arrangements for your gift to be delivered to the recipient.

In any of the above cases, refunds do not apply for merchandise sent and not received.

In the event that, at the time of delivery, the recipient is not there, there is no one to receive the flowers and delivery is impossible, F/ Floral Studio® will leave a notice indicating that we were at the home or company and that for reasons Through no fault of our own we were unable to complete the delivery. In these cases, the delivery may be rescheduled with an extra cost for re-attempt delivery or change of address.

For delivery between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. You need to place your order one day in advance. 

Orders requested for the same day and received before 2 p.m.  They will be scheduled for delivery as soon as possible or for workloads from 3 to 7 p.m.  

Orders that enter after 2:00 p.m. will be scheduled for the next business day. 

In exceptional cases or due to a natural or social contingency, orders may be delayed.  

On special dates such as February 14 and May 10, deliveries will be during the day, as they appear in our controls, with no schedule guarantee.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: This service has an additional cost. Contact us to deliver your order with the priority you need.

• Billing

You can request billing from us for the exact amount of any product or service that we provide to you during the current month of your purchase or acquisition. 

For the above, you must provide us with all your tax information by sending your proof of tax situation no older than three months, an email and the use of the CFI that must be consistent with the activity we carry out. 

Your invoice will be sent to you by email in accordance with the tax provisions in force to date.

• Substitution Policies

Flower delivery:

In arrangements or bouquets of mixed colors, we will always try to use flowers that contain those colors, even substituting some type of flower that has a similar or greater value than the one you ordered.

In arrangements or bouquets of only one type of flower, we will always try to send the type of flower selected, but it can be substituted with another color if there is no availability.

If the vase, basket or base shown in the catalog is not available, it will be replaced by something similar, of equal or better quality and value according to the materials normally used, such materials may be glass, ceramic, wood or handmade clay.

We will always aim to deliver your order on time. Therefore, it may be necessary to substitute or change some aspects of your order to achieve this, always seeking to match or improve our offer.

Delivery of gourmet baskets and fruit baskets: 

Always and due to availability, we may substitute contents of displayed products, in order to ensure the timely delivery of your gift. These will always be of equal value and in the same terms of quality offered, equaling or improving our offer.

In any case, we will try to communicate with you informing you and consulting you about the changes to your order. 

• Presentation 

All our flowers, bouquets and arrangements are made with the freshest and best quality flowers available on the market. However, although we do everything possible to ensure that we present the products as they appear in our photographs, depending on their state of ripeness as they are a natural good, the season and for reasons of availability, our florists may substitute one or more flowers for some other variety of equal or greater quality, appearance or value.
